Jeffrey is the founder of the firm and a seasoned trial attorney with a clear mission: to empower clients with knowledge, advocate with integrity, and guide families through life’s most challenging legal transitions.
A graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law, where he ranked in the top ten percent of his class, Jeffrey is both licensed in Texas and licensed in California. His practice focuses on family law and estate matters—including divorce, custody, parent and grandparent rights, enforcements, adoption, and estate planning. Drawing on a background in psychology (including a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Utah) and a deep commitment to client service, he brings clarity and compassion to even the most emotionally charged cases.
Jeffrey is known for his ability to help clients understand their options, weigh the pros and cons, and make informed strategic decisions. His negotiation skills have resolved over 90% of his cases without the need for trial. When litigation is unavoidable, Jeffrey is a strong courtroom advocate—valued for his meticulous preparation, strategic insight, and skilled arguments.
As a leader, he prioritizes a client -centered approach. Whether advocating in court or serving as a calm intermediary in high-conflict situations, Jeffrey ensures that clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Outside the courtroom, Jeffrey is an avid mountain trail runner, a devoted husband, and a proud father. He brings the same endurance, focus, and commitment to his personal life that he offers to his clients every day.
